Our Programs

Infants

6 weeks to 15 months

Countryside Academy for Children's Infant Care & Learning Program has been developed to incorporate daily sensory and motor excesses in addition to taking care of feeding and napping needs. Although infants do not follow a pre-set schedule to their individual needs, our teachers spend 30 to 60 minutes every day on cognitive development time interacting with each infant with different exercises.

 

 

Toddlers

12 - 24 months

Countryside Academy for Children's Toddler classroom support each child's individual natural growth and development through responsive care and sensory learning experiences. Our toddlers will learn to nurture caring relationships with children and learn to express their feelings. We offer sensory-rich play that invites children to explore their imaginations through art and drama, investigate or world, and problem-solve new challenges.

 

Twos

2 to 3 year old

2-year-olds undergo an intense fascination with the world around them as well as their ability to interact with it. We provide safe, stimulating and fun environment to balance their curiosity and bountiful energy. We plan and lead activities such as painting, rhyming, counting and crafting to enhance physical dexterity, creativity, and sensory acuity.

 

 

Threes

3 year olds

Countryside Academy for Children provides enriching environments and encourage fun activities such as puppet play, gardening, and storytelling. Our nurturing and highly skilled teachers introduce early academic concepts, while keeping every day fun. Active play in supportive environment builds a strong foundation for success and happiness.

 

 

 

 

Pre-Kindergarten

4 year olds

The children follow a daily schedule that is consistent and designed to meet the needs of young adults. The day begins with morning greetings and quickly develops in a rhythm of learning with a purpose started through play. Our program is designed to encourage children to be imaginative, energetic, inquiry-based learners to explore the classroom environment with curiosity and purpose. Daily activities are scheduled in whole group and small groups to promote socialization and community building. Warm and experienced teachers plan thematic units in math, literacy, science, social studies, art, music, and movement to thoroughly prepare children for a smooth transition to kindergarten. Children leave Pre-K ready to tackle whatever challenges come their way.
